Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Learner Recruitment Specialist to join our client. This role is essential in guiding learners across all training programmes, ensuring each applicant is placed in the most suitable programme. Must-Have Qualifications: Transferable skills in recruitment or interviewing Proficiency with IT (spreadsheets, databases, word processing, etc.) Grade 4-9 (or equivalent) in Math and English Strong customer service and attention to detail Valid driver’s license and own vehicle Preferred Qualifications: Experience in training or education Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) qualification Experience in people support and guidance Understanding of government-funded programs Skills & Abilities: Communication : Engage with a wide range of people, including learners and employers, to assess needs and deliver support. Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with a diplomatic approach when needed. Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes for learners. Self-Organisation : Manage workload efficiently to meet targets, handle administrative tasks, and conduct interviews and assessments. Flexible with working hours, including evenings when needed. Learner Support : Assess and support learners of varying levels and needs, using assessments to recommend appropriate learning paths. Must be enthusiastic and motivational, able to handle challenging situations, and committed to exceptional customer care.
