In this role you will:
* Implement and manage the Dealer Operating Standards (DOS) audit programme, ensuring consistent adherence to Scania franchise brand standards across the authorised retail network through continuous monitoring and measurement.
* Effectively communicate Franchise Standards and updates to Dealers and key stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of ongoing changes and expectations.
* Provide training and ongoing support to dealers and workshops on the Scania Dealer Operating Standard, guiding them on how to meet Scania’s requirements.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive audit plan to ensure the Dealer network remains compliant with Scania Franchise Standards and is regularly certified.
* Coordinate audits as per the audit plan, report results, and create actionable follow-up plans to enable Dealers and workshops to meet the Scania Dealer Operating Standards. Ensure continuous improvement through regular follow-ups.
* Share audit results with relevant stakeholders in the Business Unit, promoting improvement efforts and encouraging a value-selling mindset.
* Proactively monitor compliance with Scania Franchise requirements, identifying potential risks and implications, and taking appropriate action to mitigate any issues.
* Maintain Scania central franchising systems to ensure that the correct information regarding the network is continuously updated.
About you:
* Attention to Detail: Ability to review audits, carefully evaluating all aspects of dealership operations to ensure full compliance with standards.
* Audit & Inspection Skills: Experience in auditing, including facility inspections, operational checks, and process evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
* Project Management: Capable of managing audit schedules, follow-ups, and action plans, ensuring audits are performed regularly and action items are addressed in a timely manner.
* Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and inefficiencies during audits and provide practical solutions for continuous improvement.
* Stakeholder Communication: Effective communication skills to present audit findings clearly to internal stakeholders and dealers, and to provide guidance on corrective actions.
