Job Description
* Oversee and manage financial operations and processes for the business.
* Lead the budgeting and monthly forecasting for P&L and balance sheet.
* Assist with preparing financial reports, MI packs for growth funding, and managing covenants.
* Support audit preparation and manage relationships with auditors.
* Mentor and manage a small finance team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in tasks.
* Develop and implement robust financial systems to support business growth.
* Assist in drawing funding for expansion and manage financial compliance.
The Successful Applicant
* Fully qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA preferred).
* Strong experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a small finance team.
* Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
* Experience with audits and managing MI packs for external stakeholders.
* Ability to develop and implement robust financial systems.
* Strong work ethic, reliable, and able to get things right the first time.
