Job description Job Title: Trailer Body Repair Technician / Welder Fabricator Department: Workshop Responsible to: Workshop Foreman / Workshop Supervisor Shift Patterns available: Dayshift, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm Nightshift, Mon - Thurs, 5pm - 5am Salary: Competitive / Negotiable dependant on experience Woodside Logistics Group have an excellent opportunity for experienced Trailer Body Repair technician / Welder Fabricator to join our team at our busy Ballynure depot. The Role: Working mainly in our refurbishment workshop, this position would ideally suit someone who has experience in all aspects of Commercial trailer bodies and road tank superstructure repairs, such as: repairing curtains bodies, chassis repair etc Essential Criteria The Ideal candidate will come from a trailer repair background, within the transport/haulage or agriculture industries, who will be used to carrying out a wide variety of repairs. A large proportion (but not all) of this position involves fabrication and welding, and therefore, candidates must be willing to attain the appropriate certification in mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel welding. Candidates will be expected to be able to work on their own initiative, and have good general education.
