Additionally, support the prospecting engine driving net new business from warm emails, warm/cold calling, social selling, networking, and strategic outbound and internet campaigns to drive business. Needs to develop a strong understanding of technical services offered by the company, requirements of leads and manage pipeline. Will work from our office in Pinerolo (Italy) or High Wycombe (UK). Primary Job Functions Qualify leads Convert pre-qualified sales leads and generate new business with new customers Develop and execute on prospecting activities to drive net new business from warm emails, warm/cold calling, social selling, networking and strategic outbound campaigns to drive business Drive revenue and contribute to the continued growth of Quickparts through consistently achieving individual goals Identify opportunities for improvement across operations and make recommendations to leadership for streamlining processes Experience 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or prospecting - telephone and internet-based sales experience. Sales experience in the manufacturing industry or technical background would be a preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Language requirement: fluent English and German are a must. Additional European language would be an advantage. Demonstrate experience building managing, growing, and developing a book of business Proven track record of successful selling Experience in using customer relationship management systems (CRM-Hubspot) Exceptional verbal and written communication Microsoft Office Cad Software would be an advantage Working Environment / Physical Demands Sales Rep will work with production team and sales manager to increase revenue on the velocity market customers. Will work collaboratively with other members of the sales team and management to ensure a full grasp of key areas of success and challenges. Office based. However, you may be required to travel to tradeshows or company events international on occasion. Plenty of notice will be given.
