We are looking for experienced Registered health care professionals to join our staff bank to support our community hospital wards in the following locations: Edenbridge, Sevenoaks, Hawkhurst, Tonbridge, Faversham, Deal, Whitstable, Tankerton, and Westview, Tenterden.
Main duties of the job
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Utilising your knowledge, skills and experience to work within the scope of your competencies to deliver nursing care to patients in our community hospital wards.
* Undertaking holistic assessments of routine and complex patients in order to plan care in collaboration with patients and family.
* Participating in daily handover and undertaking additional tasks required for the patients seen that day, liaising with the multi-disciplinary teams supporting service delivery.
