Paid Media Account Executive
Part of the Mission Marketing Group, we are a full-service agency providing complete marketing, advertising and communications; from strategy to execution, all in-house. We are the UK’s leading property marketing agency but we cover all industries and sectors including automotive, finance and leisure: we just love being creative! Our innovative services include the latest in CGI and digital marketing including websites, touchscreens and apps, bespoke marketing suites, signage and brochures.
The successful candidate will work out of our head office in Colchester for 3 days per week (with 2 days WFH) a vibrant, state of the art workplace with pool tables, darts board, foosball table, tennis swingballs, a gym next door and a healthy social scene – including regular food trucks, pool and darts tournaments, football and netball teams, golf days and agency party events!
The Role
Our growing Digital Media team is looking for a Paid Media Account Exec. You will be super-organised, enthusiastic and a creative individual who likes to use your initiative and be happy to work on your own and as part of our team. Experience in devising and managing Paid Search, Display and Social campaigns is desirable, but not compulsory. A passion for social media and all things Digital is essential! Would suit a graduate, looking to take their first steps into a career as a media professional.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Paid Media team in campaign management for our portfolio of new homes clients.
* Work with the wider team to best spend ~£M+ acquisition budget and optimise CPA.
* Continuously improve performance via a structured test and learn approach.
* Work closely with internal teams to optimise the customer journey.
* Feedback to Design teams to create best performing Ad creatives.
Experience/Skills/Attributes:
* A passion for digital marketing, an interest in technology, a thirst for knowledge and a creative mind.
* Computer literacy (especially MS Office).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Confidence in a client facing role, whether on a Teams call or in person (our clients are lovely, btw).
* Good copywriting skills for writing and testing ad copy.
* An interest in advertising and excellent understanding of Social Media as an advertising platform, particularly Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
* Happy to work individually and as part of a team.
* Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
* A keen interest in social media marketing and ambition to continually learn.
