Legal Administration Assistant – Commercial Real Estate Location: Central Manchester Employment Type: Full-Time, Office-Based We are recruiting an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join the Real Estate Commercial department of a highly respected law firm in central Manchester. This role is crucial in supporting the team's fee earners, contributing significantly to managing property transactions involving sales, purchases, and landlord/tenant matters. Key Responsibilities: Processing conveyancing searches and Land Registry documentation. Document production, circulation, scanning, and filing. Managing billing and general accounts administration. Opening new files and inputting instructions. Assisting with post-completion tasks, including Land Registry and Companies House matters. Updating case management systems effectively. General administrative support including post handling and archiving. Ideal Candidate: Experience in a similar administrative or post-completion role. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
