🔧 Your Role
* Act as Employers Agent, liaising with clients, contractors, and developers.
* Prepare Employer’s Requirements, build agreements, and oversee JCT contract compliance.
* Manage pre-contract investigations, surveys, and due diligence.
* Provide regular project reports, fee projections, and tender analysis.
* Oversee value management, procurement strategy, and contract administration.
* Work within the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
📋 What You’ll Need
* 2+ years of construction project management experience in a consultancy.
* Employers Agent and contract administration experience.
* Experience with new build residential projects (high-rise preferred).
* RICS-accredited degree and working towards MRICS / MCIOB.
