Role Overview:
The role centers around bringing to life our advocacy platform, CXS, which connects beauty obsessed advocates with coveted beauty brands through ongoing campaigns and activations, social strategy as well as content and creator engagement.
The Campaign Manager/Senior Campaign Executive is a social savvy, digital native who will play a vital role in the execution of the CXS platform and its campaign service offerings. Bringing insight, knowledge and enthusiasm for your specialism, the Campaign Manager/Senior Campaign Executive is a hands-on, productive team player whose attention to detail is impeccable.
You will be working alongside an agile team with a flat structure, so the ideal candidate has a sense of responsibility in delivering their role and working both collectively and autonomously, alongside being passionate about all things beauty and social.
* Manage CXS platform with a specific focus on growing our database of creators, managing new applications as well as keeping it up to date, well segmented, and accurate. Be the expert in constantly identifying, engaging with and recruiting new creators.
* Create compelling copy and ideation for campaign briefs to engage the community and meet brand deliverables via social, mailers, and live launches, aiming to hit KPIs on opt-ins, conversions, and social content generation.
* Deployment of campaign CRM through our CXS platform (training will be provided).
* End-to-end management and support of brand campaigns on the CXS platform, inclusive of member selections, member communication, client communication, social coverage monitoring, and reporting.
* Responsible for supporting the Campaign Manager on reporting, from monitoring data to providing insights and learnings on campaign activity.
* Manage coordination of brand campaigns in regards to sampling and mailers via a third-party logistics partner, ensuring all send-outs are on-time, in budget, and delivered to brand expectations.
* Management of the CXS email inbox, engaging with our creator community on any support requests.
* Social listening - identify and jump on latest trending narratives to produce content that is both relevant and engaging for brands and creators.
* Work closely with the Social Media & Advocacy Executive on content calendar support for your brand campaigns, ensuring visibility of your campaigns via our CXS social channels weekly.
* Keeping up to date with the world of social and trends, sharing your findings and insights with the wider team on an ongoing basis to support the global team and CXS social channels.
* Creation and implementation of social assets to generate engagement and new content for the CXS social platforms.
