We are seeking to appoint an excellent classroom practitioner who is an enthusiastic, innovative and engaging teacher of Child Development (Key Stage 4) and/or Health and Social Care (Key Stage 5), or related subjects, to join a dynamic and expanding faculty. Key Responsibilities: Implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students and support a designated curriculum area as appropriate. Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher. Facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential. Contribute to raising standards of student attainment. To share and support the Academy’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities, for personal and academic growth. Support and maintain collaborative relationships with staff and external professionals. The successful candidate must hold QTS or equivalent, and an honours degree in a related subject to Child Development or related Health and Social Care.
