We’re working with a network of secondary schools across Wolverhampton, all offering fantastic opportunities for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) in a wide range of subjects, starting September 2025.
The Opportunity:
Permanent, full-time positions starting September 2025
Opportunities available across all core and foundation subjects (including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Languages, PE, Arts and more)
1. Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to a diverse range of learners
2. Inspire students through your subject knowledge and enthusiasm
3. Collaborate with experienced teachers and receive tailored mentoring and professional development throughout your ECT years
Minimum Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2025 – applications from ECTs are highly encouraged
2. A 2:1 degree or above in your specialist subject (or a related field)
3. Strong curriculum knowledge and a clear understanding of effective teaching and learning
4. Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
5. A positive, reflective attitude and the desire to make a lasting impact on young people’s education
