Role
:
As a Telesales / Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for developing strong client relationships and driving sales growth within an existing customer base. Your main duties will include:
1⃣ Outbound sales and email communications to increase sales revenue.
2⃣ Handling incoming sales calls and answering customer queries.
3⃣ Inputting sales orders from existing customers.
4⃣ Providing timely and effective customer service support.
5⃣ Promoting daily deals and introducing new products during sales calls.
6⃣ Updating the client database with contact and site details.
7⃣ Monitoring and responding to emails.
8⃣ Assisting the senior sales team with new sales inquiries.
9⃣ Weekly meetings with the Sales Manager to review sales performance.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Qualifications:
Maths and English GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent)
Skills/Competencies:
Ability to build strong customer relationships.
Attention to detail.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Knowledge and Experience:
Previous experience in telephone sales.
Customer service experience.
Personal Qualities:
Self-motivated.
Positive attitude.
