Type: Permanent, Full time (37.5 hpw) - Part Time hours available
Salary: £23,464 per year (£12.00 per hour) plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan!

Ready to make a real difference every day? Join us as a Support Worker in our brand new CQC registered service. You will be at the heart of supporting our customers, making a big difference to five adults, all of whom have learning disabilities and/or autism and require 24/7 support.
You’ll make a big difference each day as you help our customers achieve their hopes and aspirations.
Typical Day:
* Providing regulated care, which will include administration of medication, provision of personal care including support with bathing and dressing.
* Assisting customers with practical, daily living tasks to develop their independence, helping them to achieve the goals, aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans.
* Helping customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting and providing support in the community.
* Supporting attendance at appointments, participation in hobbies and interests, or attending college or work.
* Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.
* Engaging in casual conversations and building rapport with customers.

You Bring:
* A Level 2 Health and Social Care Certificate or a willingness to work towards it.
* A passion to support our customers to live their best life, with an eye for detail.
* Experience of caring for others, either in a professional capacity or through personal experience.
* Ability to work on your own initiative, remaining calm under pressure, and having a resilient approach.
* A flexible, personal approach, listening to customers to understand their needs.
* Willingness to adapt your schedule to meet the needs of the service.
* Ability to use technology to update support plans and collaborate with colleagues.
* Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (we pay for this).
