The Role As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing the FBR site’s engineering team, setting the direction and priorities with a hands on approach, maintaining the site processing equipment & facilities with a focus on planned preventative maintenance. You will review the PM works and scheduling as appropriate to contribute to production output. You will also be commercially aware of the costs of downtime and strive to operate best in class standards. You will be involved with installation of new equipment and machinery, in addition you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders of all levels. What it takes You will have an appetite for achieving world class standards. You will have excellent communications skills with the ability to evidence management of stakeholders of all levels within a similar exgineering role.
