Job Opportunity: Bookkeeper & Finance Assistant
Location: Aberdeen
Starting Salary: £35,000
Hours: 8:30 - 5:00 Mon - Fri
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who will have the responsibility for ensuring that all administrative tasks, relating to finances, are carried out in a timely and accurate manner. This includes monitoring costs and managing company accounts effectively and efficiently. Assisting the Managing Director with the daily running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Aspects of credit control, chasing outstanding payments
- Full control of group payments
- Assist the Managing Director with daily administrative duties
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to oversee budget management and financial reporting systems.
-Skilled and assured in executing month-end accounting tasks.
-Extensive background in administrative functions.
- SAGE Experience
- Competent in using MS Office suite.
