Job Role:
Our client is seeking a meticulous Automotive Administrator (Sales Order Processor) to manage customer car order forms, translating them into production-ready specifications. These specifications will drive the back-office system, ensuring the right parts are sourced and assembled to create the vehicle. Accuracy and attention to detail are vital, as the exact specifications you enter will shape how each vehicle is built.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process approved customer order forms into the system, releasing them at least 16 weeks prior to the production schedule.
2. Verify all order forms for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies with the appropriate department.
3. Maintain accuracy in work orders, updating them to reflect any changes before production.
4. Issue production build books at least two weeks prior to the scheduled build date.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
2. Technical understanding of vehicle assembly and components.
3. Proficiency in automotive systems.
4. Ability to work independently and in a team.
5. Good time management and IT skills.

2. Annual leave starting at 22 days, increasing to a maximum of 27 days.
3. Work hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30 am–5:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am–1:30 pm, with flexitime allowing a 1-hour offset within core hours per day.
