THE ROLE: AREA BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
Main Duties:
* New Business Development - engaging with new employers to establish training needs.
* Develop and deliver sales presentations using a range of media and techniques to achieve success.
* Produce accurate data and ensure records are kept up to date.
* Act as an ambassador for the organisation at all times.
* Ensure monthly/yearly targets are achieved.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
* A proven track record of achieving sales targets in a previous role.
DESIRABLES:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the Training industry, for example, Employer Engagement, Learner Engagement, Business Development.
* Recruitment/Sales qualifications.
* Experience in Work Based Learning and Training/Apprenticeship sector.
