Holt Executive Ltd are actively looking to hire a Recruitment Researcher/Resourcer to the European and UK team to identify, attract and shortlist candidates for recruitment processes to fulfil the requirements of our clients. This role does not require direct recruitment experience but does require someone who is interested and passionate about future technology ( Preferably Aerospace, Defence or Space) Confident, self-motivated, and driven. Holt has the experts in house to develop and support individuals coming into this space without direct experience. Key duties and responsibilities for the Recruitment Researcher/Resourcer: Provide daily leads for live vacancies across the team. Write job adverts for live vacancies to be advertised by the administration team. Assist in searching for and finding candidates for live vacancies. Work closely with colleagues supporting their efforts as an integral member of the team to achieve and exceed the divisional monthly, quarterly and annual placement and revenue targets.Key experience and attributes required for the Recruitment Researcher/Resourcer: Confident, self-motivated and driven. Excellent communication skills and a cheerful, confident telephone manner. Results orientated and able to succeed in a highly competitive market.
