About the RoleA prominent business in Plymouth is seeking an experienced Interim Financial Accountant to join their finance team whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant with a strong financial operational background to contribute to a leading local manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation of short-term cash flow forecasts.
2. Support the preparation of statutory accounts and audits.
3. Assist in tax return preparation and compliance.
4. Provide financial information required for HMRC and national statistics.
5. Coordinate, prepare, and analyse monthly rolling forecasts and annual budgets.
6. Support accounting and tax compliance for overseas subsidiaries.
7. Work closely with finance business partners to provide information and analysis.
8. Maintain business controls and procedures.
9. Participate in the month-end close cycle for timely management accounts preparation.
10. Complete
