I am recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services client who are looking to grow their fraud team!
What will you be doing? * Supporting customers through fraud cases * Liaising with 3rd parties to gain more information * Reviewing documentation and updating the case accordingly * Providing a professional and empathetic approach * Completing administration on the system
What do you need to apply? * Proven experience dealing with complex queries * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Experience within financial services would be desirable
Must be able to pass a credit and DBS check to apply!
