Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Hub team.
You’ll be responsible for answering inbound telephone calls from residential tenants, reporting repairs and estate related matters; to plan, instruct and administer property compliance servicing, certification and remedial works for residential, commercial and agricultural properties for Savills Rural & Projects Division.

Team Overview
Savills Hub team provides management of property compliance and reactive maintenance. Our clients range from private individuals to large institutions. The team comprises of 21 members, made up of a Head of Property Services, Operations Manager, Two Service Delivery Managers, a Deputy Service Delivery Manager, a Data Analyst and 15 Customer Service Advisors.
