Supplies Business Manager UK&I Description - Part of the Supplies Category team for Northwest Europe, this role is responsible for product line management and contribution to defining business plans and growth strategies for the UK&I cluster, with a specific focus on ink and retail. The role collaborates with sales teams to ensure seamless execution of category plans while monitoring KPIs and sales performance. The role demonstrates a deep understanding of product categories and acts as an expert in providing directions and guidance for process improvements and establishing policies. Responsibilities • Leads overall engagement with UK&I sales teams (retail focus, but also commercial) and leadership team regarding Ink Supplies • Defines the UK&I category business plan and strategies to drive growth and profitability, aligning to quota and SellThru goals. • Collaborates with various internal teams from marketing, sales, and finance to ensure seamless execution of category plans. • Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develops action plans accordingly. • Demonstrates a deep understanding of product categories, business management, and sales challenges and strategies. • Gathers and analyses customer and partner feedback. Supports sales team during customer facing events, meetings, acting as product category representative. Education & Experience Recommended • Preferred but not Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field.
