Position: HR Support Officer Pay: £12.60 per hour (£19,656.00 per annum) Location: YMCA Norfolk Offices, Aylsham Road, Norwich with an element of home-working Contract Type: Permanent Hours per week: 30 hours Job Role A new opportunity has arisen for a HR Support Officer to join our HR Team at YMCA Norfolk. This varied and busy role plays a key part in the team, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the HR and Payroll functions. As HR Support Officer you will work as part of a small team with the HR Manager, Senior HR Officer and Training & Development Officer. You will be responsible for supporting the team in the administration of all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from administering recruitment to carrying out pre-employment checks, maintaining HR files, and ensuring completion of induction and leaver paperwork. You will also be responsible for gathering, calculating and inputting data to assist with the accurate processing of a monthly payroll with our external provider.
