We are an outgoing and friendly team, that is looking for enthusiastic hard-working vets who are willing to be part of the expanding Soft Tissue and Orthopaedic Surgical Service at Southfields, currently formed by four senior clinicians, two residents and one intern. Surgical interns at Southfields have an important role within the Service, as they are considered more like first year residents and they are allowed to manage their surgical patients including owner communication. Furthermore, surgical interns usually assist the main senior clinician in theatre and are in charge of the follow-up of the patients until their discharge.
