Seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a leading, long standing manufacturing business in their sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of clients and secure new business across the UK.
* You will identify customer needs and guide them in selecting the most suitable products and solutions to meet their requirements.
* Act as a central point of contact between customers and the company, sharing valuable market information from the field and keeping an eye on the competition.
* Work towards achieving the sales budget and specific annual targets set by the company.
* Working closely with multiple stakeholders to achieve a common goal.
What will you background look like?
* Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
* Skilled in technical specification, working closely with R&D/OEM, and expanding into new markets.
* Organized, autonomous, and capable of developing a targeted prospecting plan.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and manage complex situations.
* Requires adaptability, flexibility, and a strong sense of character.
