An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to apply for the position of Business Manager and join the Clackmannanshire and Stirling Health and Social Care Partnership. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager who will embrace this dynamic and challenging role. The post holder will work closely with the Head of Community Health & Care.
This post is pivotal in providing assistance in the overall management and development of the services within the operational portfolio of the Head of Community Health and Care as well as some Partnership-wide corporate duties.
This is an exciting opportunity, and the successful candidate will work to a high standard and successfully navigate the complexities involved with a tri-partite Partnership involving NHS Forth Valley, Clackmannanshire Council and Stirling Council. They will work collaboratively with the Head of Service towards meeting strategic objectives and ensure that systems are in place to support these objectives. They will have excellent business and project management skills and be able to work independently with a high level of autonomy.
The applicant will require to be educated to degree level or equivalent with significant experience within the NHS, Local Authority or similar complex organisation.
The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland Check.
