Recruitment Administrator V-Recruit are currently recruiting 1 x Recruitment Administrator, to be based in the Rotherham area, on behalf of an industry leading Industrial & Construction company. This role is initially a Fixed Term Contract for a duration of 6 months, with a potential to become permanent early for the right candidate. This is a full-time role, with flexible working. Duties to include: Assisting with end-to-end recruitment administration, including posting job adverts on various platforms. Managing applications, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews. Communicating with candidates and hiring managers to arrange interview schedules. Preparing and issuing offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation. Maintaining and updating recruitment databases and HR systems. Conducting pre-employment checks, such as right-to-work verifications and reference requests. Handling recruitment-related enquiries from candidates and employees. Supporting the Resourcing team with general administrative tasks when required. Job Specifics This is a fulltime role (36.25 hours), working on average 8 hours per day – flexibility with start and finish times – 8am-4pm/9am-5pm. You get a half day off per week, which is pre-booked with the team. We are looking for someone who has experience in a busy administrative environment, ideally within a Recruitment or HR office. The chosen candidate must have experience in working to challenging deadlines and timescales, be self-motivated and able to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively.
