We're looking for a Management Accountant to join our Kier Construction Team based in the Midlands. Location : Solihul - hybrid working available, with travel to the office and sites as required Hours : 37.5 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us What will you be responsible for? As a Management Accountant, you'll be working within the Construction Team, supporting them in the delivery of all Accounting Functions. Your day to day will include: Ensure month-end reporting is delivered with quality, timely and accurate information and ensure a framework of controls and reconciliations exists to underpin the process, and to ensure accounting standards are being adhered to. Gathering and analysing monthly variances to forecast supported with commentary for material issues. Being responsible for the production of the monthly overhead analysis. Being responsible for the production of the monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation and reporting pack. Provide visibility of Balance Sheet risk and issues to Centre & Regional Finance Business Partners and Regional Finance Director on a monthly basis. What are we looking for?
