Location: Central Nottingham - subsidised public parking or public transport
Working Arrangement: Hybrid working, 3 days on-site (Tuesday-Thursday)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Pay: £15.38ph + £2.24 holiday pay = £17.62ph total pay rate

Description
* Reporting to HRBP
* Works with the HR Team on Projects
* Improve processes using initiative and pro-activeness, ensuring a streamlined and automated approach, creating workflows and mapping processes
* Processing global payroll and benefits administration
* Responsible for all administrative tasks; onboarding paperwork, offer letters, contracts, pre-employment screening, right to work, employee inductions, amendment to terms and conditions, absence management, family friendly matters - maternity and paternity leave, joiners, movers, leavers
* Responsible for administering employee changes, ensuring the HRIS system and personnel files are up to date and accurate
* Communicate any changes to the required parties e.g. finance teams and benefits providers
* Managing the HR Inbox and responding to general HR and payroll queries
Profile
* Must have the ability and drive to improve processes
* Must have previously worked in a HR role
* Be analytical and data driven
* Knowledge of payroll processing and legislative requirements
* Previously provided general HR Administration services via a complex HRIS
* Knowledge of employment law and legislation
* CIPD desirable
