The Role: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll dive deep into the tech industry, building relationships with key players and presenting and delivering top-notch talent solutions to their clients. Your responsibilities will include: Sales and new business development: Identify and engage with major and emerging players in the tech market, understanding their talent challenges and presenting tailored solutions. Relationship building: Connect with senior stakeholders, candidates, and industry professionals to develop high-quality relationships and build your personal brand. Candidate sourcing: Work alongside the Delivery Team to source niche, high-calibre candidates for tech vacancies, assessing and evaluating them against client requirements. Market research: Stay ahead of industry developments and trends, continuously expanding your tech sector knowledge. What You Need: Bachelor's degree or Sales, Account Management or similar customer-facing experience. Excellent communication skills: From written proposals to verbal pitches, you can articulate your ideas with confidence and will have the ability to build relationships quickly. Drive and ambition: You're self-motivated, proactive, and determined to succeed, with a growth mindset that sees every challenge as an opportunity. Interest in technology: You don't need to be technical to be successful in this role, but you are eager to learn, gain knowledge and understand concepts.
