About the role: Digital Admissions Adviser
We are looking for a Digital Admissions Adviser to join our team to support with student enrolment.
We have an exciting opportunity available within our Contact Centre at our Reading College campus. In this role, no two days are the same. You will be joining our established team of friendly advisers to ensure we deliver and maintain an exceptional service to all customers, offering a first point resolution to customers over the phone and through enquiries.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in expanding their skills in customer service and administrative support within the education sector, as well as a range of transferrable skills.
There are two fixed-term, full time roles available based at our Reading college campus until the end of May 2025. These are secondment backfills, and there is the potential for both roles to become permanent from June 2025.

Being great with people and an excellent communicator is key to being successful in this role, having the ability to talk to our customers with ease, ensuring you always provide an excellent customer experience.
