Key Responsibilities: Processing supplier bills, cheques, and customer payments. Handling invoices and purchase orders. Managing new supplier onboarding, maintaining approved supplier lists and updating insurance details. Chasing overdue invoices and handling customer/supplier invoicing queries. Processing internal expense claims. Tracking and manage project income/expenditure. Preparing and uploading energy procurement data. Providing general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed. The company are very open to experience and will consider: An academic or degree educated individual, with hospitality or retail experience.
