About the Team
The Audit at Scale (AAS) team within the Automated Inventory Management (AIM) organization is responsible for identifying and resolving defects in key supply chain metrics at granular levels. These defects can lead to undesirable inventory outcomes such as overstocking, understocking, and issues related to availability metrics like SoROOS (Sorceable Retail Out of Stock) and product placement—specifically LIS (Local In-store), ensuring that inventory is positioned within a certain distance from the customer. The AAS team leverages science and technology to create standardized, scalable, and automated audits for defect identification, driving close-loop repairs, generating business insights, and using these insights to enhance business outcomes.
