The LCG continually strive to be an extraordinary employer–led organisation, working together to produce a highly skilled and productive local workforce.
Our dynamic organisation delivers innovative education and training programs to around 12,000 students and apprentices in the UK each year, along with training for 2,000 to 6,500 individuals internationally through Lincoln College International in Saudi Arabia and technical training operations in China.
With a talented workforce of 1,200 dedicated staff and a supportive Board of Corporation, we blend public and private operations across several continents, creating a vibrant and complex environment that's both exciting and rewarding.

Your expertise will ensure compliance for statutory accounting and financial regularity for the parent company and all subsidiaries.
As Group Financial Controller, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the integrity of financial systems and related data. Your strong accounting and reporting skills will form the backbone of our internal and external financial reporting, while your leadership will oversee an effective control environment. You'll provide essential and timely information and advice to the senior leadership team across the Group, both in the UK and internationally.
We're looking for someone with exceptional technical ability as a priority. A proven track record as a senior finance leader in complex organisations, and the tenacity to thrive in a challenging leadership role is also essential. An astute strategic thinker, you'll have experience in nurturing and developing agile teams. Your communication skills will enable you to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, fostering collaboration and understanding throughout the organisation.
