Further details about the role
You will provide dedicated 1:1 support to individual pupils, tailoring your approach to their specific needs, leading 1:1 and small group activities to reinforce learning and develop social skills. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual education plans. You will be ablse to create a p;ositive and engaging learning environment that fosters a love of learning and build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
Hours are 14.25 per week, to be worked Wednesday 1pm - 3.15pm and Thursday and Friday 8.45am - 3.15pm, term time only.
