Spa/Locker Room Attendant ($16.00)
Position Summary:
Spa Attendants are responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting our spa operations and cleanliness of our commons areas/treatment rooms.
Job Duties:
1. Provide and ensure a safe friendly and clean environment for each Guest.
2. Be conscientious of the Guests' needs and surroundings.
3. Perform laundry duties ensuring robes and linen are stocked.
4. Stock supplies throughout the spa for Guest and employees.
5. Cleaning and stocking of showers, restrooms, and locker areas.
6. Answer phones, schedule services, and assist Guests with any questions about their visit and hotel amenities.
7. Check Guests in for their spa services and check out at the end of their stay.
8. Sell products, spa services, and gift cards using our point of sale system SpaSoft.
9. Cross promote services in all departments of the spa and hotel.
10. Take ownership in resolving Guest concerns and/or issues with patience, efficiency, and professionalism.
11. Balance cash drawers as needed.
12. Communicate and listen effectively with Management, Supervisors, Employees, and Guests.
13. Restock merchandise and guest supplies throughout the entire spa area.
14. Maintain facility during shift.
15. Reconcile and balance daily sales at close of shift.
16. Maintain a professional appearance by complying with the dress code.
17. Ability to work morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by operational needs.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Compensation:
Base Pay Start Rate: $16.00
