About the Role
The Outcomes First Group is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Newbarn School and residential homes in Berkshire. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary well-being and therapeutic services team, you will work with adults and children who have complex needs associated with neurodiversity, including autism, ADHD, and developmental trauma.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary up to £53,200 (pro rata, dependent on experience), plus a £3000 Welcome Bonus, paid as per terms. Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for working with individuals with complex needs. You will be responsible for progressing OT-specific therapeutic services, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of our service. Your expertise will help create a nationally important resource that supports the well-being of vulnerable individuals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification
* Experience of working with adults and/or children who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism with additional needs
* Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting
* Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults
* Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car
* Skills in data management and analysis
