About the Role This full-time position, based in our Crowthorne office, involves ensuring the efficient operation of our commercial and residential conveyancing services. Key Responsibilities Secretarial support for conveyancing case handlers. Audio/copy typing using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and digital dictation. Managing case files, correspondence, and enclosures. Supporting client care, including file openings, care letters, and client liaison. Handling correspondence and organising appointments, diaries, and meetings. Liaising with estate agents, solicitors, clients, and brokers. Maintaining client records using the LEAP case management system. Assisting with pre- and post-completion tasks (e.g., SDLT, Land Registry applications). General admin tasks: photocopying, scanning, and filing. About You Skills: Proficient in IT (Microsoft Office), strong audio/copy typing, excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Experience: Conveyancing or legal secretarial experience is desirable but not essential. A willingness to learn is key.
