Tripod Partners are looking for eight RMNs to join the Highfield Adolescent Unit in Oxford. This is a great opportunity to work within a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) inpatient setting, providing care and support to young people experiencing complex mental health difficulties. Key Responsibilities Provide specialist nursing care and therapeutic interventions to young people within an inpatient CAMHS unit. Support and engage with young people and their families to ensure holistic care. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualised treatment plans. Manage challenging behaviours and maintain a safe and supportive environment. Ensure all safeguarding policies are followed to protect vulnerable young people. Participate in a 24-hour rota, including early shifts, late shifts, twilights, nights, weekends, and bank holidays. Position Details Location: Oxford Setting: Inpatient CAMHS Unit Shifts: Various – Earlys, Lates, Twilights, Nights Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Pay Rates: Weekday: £21.56 per hour Night/Saturday: £26.79 per hour Sunday/Bank Holiday: £31.01 per hour Requirements NMC registered RMN with experience in CAMHS or a strong interest in working with young people. Ability to work a full 24-hour rota including nights, weekends, and bank holidays. Strong communication and de-escalation skills to manage challenging behaviours.
