The Scottish Public Pensions Agency (SPPA) is seeking a dynamic Business Relationship Manager to lead supplier contract and relationship management with key pension administration platform providers. As Business Relationship Manager, you'll ensure superior system performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and act as the primary liaison between SPPA, system suppliers, and stakeholders. Working for SPPA means contributing to the effective administration of pensions for over 500,000 key workers in Scotland, including employees from the National Health Service, Teachers’, Police, and Fire-fighters’ schemes. Responsibilities Performance Monitoring: Tracking the system's performance through key MI, ensuring that service levels are consistently met or exceeded. Continuous Improvement: Leading and tracking to delivery agency initiatives to improve system functionality, addressing user needs and supporting strategic projects. Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the primary liaison between SPPA, system supplier and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and the smooth implementation of system updates or changes and the prioritisation and completion of same. Tracking charging and change requests as well as business as usual overheads, ensuring payments are accurate on time and in line with budgets.
