Senior Care Assistant / Assistant Manager

Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum (DOE)

Howard Finley Care are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Care Assistant / Assistant Manager to join their team in Clevedon, Somerset. Key Responsibilities:
* Care Planning: Create, review, and update comprehensive care plans tailored to the individual needs of the residents.
* On-Call Duties: Participate in an on-call rota shared between four team members. Candidates must have a valid driving license with access to their own vehicle.
* Floor Work: Engage in floor work as needed, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents.
* Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working atmosphere.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
* Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within a care setting.
* Driving License: Due to on-call responsibilities, candidates must be able to drive.
* Commitment: A genuine passion for elderly care and a commitment to continuous professional development.
* Prior experience with care plans.
* Must be happy to do a split of floor work / office work.
