There are openings for Part-Time and Casual Speech-Language Pathologists with the possibility of an eventual increase in hours as the practice continues to expand.

Job Description
* Conducting speech and language assessments for the pediatric population
* Designing and implementing treatment plans using evidence-based information, relevant best practice guidelines, and clinical expertise
* Providing therapy services using a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach
* Evaluating the effectiveness of intervention, client’s response and progress towards attainment of goals and making modifications as necessary
* Collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals to support client progress
* Documenting assessment and therapy sessions in compliance with professional standards
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
* a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology;
* registration in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO);
* excellent assessment and intervention skills;
* excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team;
* superior interpersonal skills, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills;
* valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle and a willingness to travel;
* strong computer, written and verbal communication skills;
* proof of professional liability insurance; and
* a completed, satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check.
