Interpath Advisory provides critical financial advisory and restructuring services to clients globally and locally. We have a growing international presence and currently have 16 offices across the UK, Ireland, France, Germany & Caribbean. Interpath are excited to offer an internship opportunity for motivated individuals to join our dynamic team, gain practical experience in the financial advisory sector and restructuring services and develop essential skills for building a successful career in the finance industry. As an Intern at Interpath, you will have the chance to support our consultants across various sectors, gaining valuable insights developing a broad commercial awareness and understanding of the challenges facing businesses today. Our internship programme is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, allowing you to contribute to real projects, gather structured feedback and learn from experienced professionals. A mentor will be assigned to you to provide continuous support, guidance and advice throughout. Specific financial or restructuring experience either in education or prior work experience is not a requirement for the role nor will preference be shown to candidates who have such experience. We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate they can engage with our clients, take pride in their work and communicate in a professional, commercial manner. Successful candidates who demonstrate potential to excel, hard work and fit our company values over the course of the program will be considered for our Summer 2026 graduate intake. Key Accountabilities: This internship offer a unique opportunity to understand the nuances of the financial advisory landscape and develop your professional network. You will be working alongside a highly experienced team and will have the opportunity to work on some of the country’s most high-profile business and understand the lifecycle of a business in stress/distress. As required, you will support both insolvency and restructuring advisory engagements During your internship, you will be required to: Support team members in data gathering and research for ongoing client projects. Attend client and internal meetings, take notes, and summarise action items. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and financial analyses. Contribute to client-related tasks under the supervision of senior staff. Interact with the appointees, appointers, directors, creditors, employees, and other relevant stakeholders. Learn about statutory and Interpath best practice requirements. Prepare correspondence, including emails, letters and reports, for third parties including directors, creditors, and statutory bodies. Undertake company research and targeting. Travel to other Interpath offices or client sites may be required. Requirements Currently pursuing a degree, on track to graduate Summer 2026. Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
