Responsibilities Of PE Teacher Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons in line with the curriculum. Adapt the syllabus to cater to students across various Key Stages. Provide tailored support to individual students or small groups, including those with SEND needs. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the PE programme. Assess and monitor students' progress, offering constructive feedback to support their development. Job Requirements For PE Teacher QTS or equivalent, such as PGCE, NQT, or a degree in Physical Education. Proven experience in sports through coaching or competitive participation. Previous experience as a PE Teacher is required. Thorough knowledge of the PE curriculum and experience teaching across different Key Stages. Ability to support students with SEND needs in both classroom and PE settings. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A genuine passion for sports and a dedication to promoting an active lifestyle. Please note, this role requires a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
