We have new and exciting opportunities available for Junior Case Managers tojoin our award-winning, rapidly expanding organisation. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our head office in Runcorn, Cheshire. In return, you will receive a salary of £24,000 per annum with an OTE of 30,500. There is also a benefits package in addition to your salary.

About the role
As a Junior Case Manager, you will manage civil litigation cases on behalf of our clients and to progress a caseload of claims through the Court Process in line with business and client parameters. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your workload within an established team of dedicated legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities of the Junior Case Manager:
Handle inbound correspondence on legal cases to ensure each one progresses
Review and collate client and Court documentation
Drafting and bundling witness statements
Review the prospects for each case and reach a conclusion in the best interest of our clients
Risk assess cases to identify potential issues, highlight to the relevant stakeholder
Liaise with clients and Court for updates in relation to claim progression
Identify relevant enforcement on Post Judgment cases
Ability to always adhere to strict client confidentiality
The successful Junior Case Manager will have:
Experience in legal case management
A positive with a team player attitude
The ability to work autonomously
The confidence making decisions in line with the client expectations and best interests
The ability to work in a methodical and organised manner
The ability to pro-actively manage your time and caseload
A high attention to detail
A willingness to learn and work to deadlines
