We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Mortgage Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting mortgage advisers and ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage applications from submission to completion. You will be a key point of contact for clients, lenders, and solicitors, providing excellent customer service and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. Key Responsibilities: Liaising with mortgage advisers to collect and verify required documentation. Submitting clients documents to lenders and managing the process through to completion. Ensuring all client documentation is compliant with FCA regulations and company policies. Acting as a point of contact for clients, lenders, and solicitors to provide updates and resolve queries. Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems with application progress. Managing and prioritising workloads to meet deadlines efficiently. Supporting advisers with administrative tasks and general office duties. Keeping up to date with mortgage industry regulations and lender criteria. Supporting the team with incoming calls. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 18 months experience in mortgage administration. Knowledge: Strong understanding of mortgage processes, lender criteria, and compliance requirements. Skills: Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner. IT Proficiency: Competent in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and mortgage-related software.
