So, if you are kind, resilient, and have a "can do" attitude, we want to hear from you Duties and Responsibilities: To contribute to the Care Planning process of children cared for by Family Care Group To attend and contribute to your supervision sessions and appraisal processes. To represent the company when called upon to do so by exhibiting the highest professional standards. To participate in training programmes and individual training courses Undertaking "sleep-in" duties in accordance with the home's Rota To maintain all records in accordance with company policy, regulations, and statutory requirements You: Must hold a current valid full driving licence Previous Residential Childcare experience is essential Possessing a Level 3 in Children's and Young People's Workforce is desirable Be able to work on a shift/Rota basis Happy to undergo an enhanced DBS certificate upon appointment What We Offer: Salary: £25,553 to £27,175 per annum Sleep in allowance of £60 per sleep Extensive Training and career progression Access to Paycare and Employee Assistance Programme Contributory Pension Long Service Rewards Family Care is committed to safeguarding and always promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects the post holder to share this commitment.
