I have partnered with the largest property consultancy in the South East England region who are looking for a Facilities Manager to join their growing team.
They have been involved with some of the biggest residential and commercial developments across the home counties. Taking their team from 60 to 120 people in the last 3 years, they have a strong vision, and their people are what set them apart from their competition.
This is a varied role focusing on operational, financial, contract and health & safety management with a touch of sustainability also. You will head up all hard & soft services across a large portfolio of up to 350 properties.
They have a mixed portfolio made up of commercial and residential properties, prestigious portfolio of commercial and residential properties including industrial, retail and even drive throughs around the country, you name it.
Made up of a tight knit team, you will be reporting into the Head of FM working alongside a skilful team of FM’s and Surveyors. Your working week will be split between the Milton Keynes office and sit visits across the portfolio in the Enfield/St Albans areas.
