What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Proven history of managing complex ER cases.
* Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 minimum.
* Mobility: Access to a vehicle to travel across North and East London.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Relationship Building: Forge strong connections with HR team and managers.
* Expert Advice: Provide practical HR guidance within employment law.
* Trusted Advisor: Support managers through organizational changes.
* Reorganization & Redundancy: Offer expert advice to ensure smooth processes.
* Employee Relations: Assist with absence, performance, disciplinary, and grievance issues.
* Tribunal Processes: Navigate ET1 and ET3 processes with ease.
* Efficiency: Close ER cases swiftly and effectively.
* Trade Union Interaction: Manage relationships and negotiations.
Your Day-to-Day Tasks:
* Site Visits: Travel between sites as needed.
* Investigations & Hearings: Assist with investigations and chair disciplinary hearings.
* Organizational Skills: Manage diary appointments and prepare necessary documentation.
* Documentation: Take notes, adapt templates, and file documents electronically.
* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to all stakeholders.
* Case Management: Handle a high volume of complex ER cases.
